Return and Refund Policy

At Kofora Studio, your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple.
You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order — completely free of charge.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging or tags.

Proof of purchase (your order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
To start a return, please contact our support team at koforastudio@gmail.com, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label along with step-by-step instructions.
Please note that items sent back to us without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded.
These include:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Items on sale or gift cards
- Personalised, custom-made, or hygiene-sensitive products (such as beauty tools, undergarments, or personal care items).
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item — we’ll quickly arrange a replacement or a full refund.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the product you want.
